U.S. Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Spatium Systems. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may need to be returned for various reasons. Should you need to initiate a return, please note that all returns are subject to the terms outlined below.

Standard Free Returns

Should you need to return or exchange an item purchased online at www.spatium.systems you can do so within 20 days of the date you received the product.

Spatium Systems will pay for standard return shipping. Returned products must be returned in “new” condition with all original packaging and accessories. Any returns made after this period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will not be accepted.

Purchases of Spatium Systems products from another retailer must be returned to the retailer in accordance with its return and refund policies. Personalized items, refurbished devices, and products marked final sale are not eligible for returns. Certain products may not be eligible for free returns as noted on their product pages. Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.

If a returned product does not meet our criteria for "like new" condition, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund. This partial refund will be determined based on the extent of any wear, damage, or missing parts. Products which are defective may be returned to Spatium Systems pursuant to the limited 1-year warranty.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Spatium System’s discretion.

Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.
Spatium Systems may amend these terms at any time.
